Your information, handled with care.

When you join the Waxhaw Event Rentals launch list, we collect the details you choose to share: your first name, email address, interest, event date, and any message you send us.

We use this information only to send the updates you asked for, such as collection previews, availability announcements, and rental news. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe option, and you can also reply to any message from us to be removed.

Please note: email delivery and unsubscribe handling must be fully configured before any marketing emails are sent from this list. Until that setup is complete, your details are simply stored securely and no emails are sent.

Signup details are stored securely and are never displayed publicly on this website.
